There is a good offering of examples at http://www.orafaq.com/faqscrpt.htm#WIN
if you want to zip the file you can download the winzip command line utility (althought if you are scheduling you will need to register it, no luck with the shareware version)
HI friends ..........
I am having a problem in scheduling my hotbackup in win2k . Can anyone send me a sample batchfile program which takes backup up daily , zip the backup file and delete the old backup , old redo logs after the backup completion .
