Hi,

I believe this has been posted many times, well, I cannot fix it, and metalink doesn't help.

I got ora-12560 for a 817 database on Win2000.

H:\>set ORACLE_SID=dlylastg (SID set correctly) H:\>svrmgrl
ORA-12560: TNS:protocol adapter error
SVRMGR> Any suggestion? Thank you!

Leslie
