HTTP Listener configuration assistant

I'm trying to recover from an install that bombed. The final step in the install, and the only step that I still need to perform, was to execute a configuration assistant for Oracle9i's built-in HTTP listener. For the life of me, I can't figure out the executable name to invoke the HTTP configuration assistant. Can anyone enlighten me?
