Does anyone have any info on the TEMP_SPACE column for V$SQL_PLAN? This column does event appear in the documentation for the view in 9.0.1.

I've heard that the CBO can now guess the amount of sort space that a query plan will use. Is this correct or it is just wishful thinking? And if so, is the TEMP_SPACE column the place to look? It is empty for all but one query on my test database which seems a bit odd. Also, is it possible to get at this information via EXPLAIN PLAN?

Thanks for any help,
- Bill.
