I'd like to delete a couple thousand of records and also update a thousand of records in database using SQL Loader. If I use REPLACE key work in SQLLDR, all my existing records will be deleted, I just want to delete and update certain records without deleting all existing records. How do I do that with SQLLDR? Please help.

Thanks,
David
