OT: HP Netserver LH plus: How to open bios menu

Hi everyone,

I have to repopulate this server without manual, moving it's OS from novell to linux. Unfortunately it's impossible for me to open the bios setup to select the boot medium. All known keystrokes (F2, Del, Ctrl-A, Ctrl-Esc-S, Enter...) doesn't work. It detects the bootable CD but doesn't use it. Can someone help please?
