Oracle-L: install and licensing of Oracle

Hi Friends,

Presently we are on AIX415,Oracle7.3 with BaanIVb2, We want to move AIX433 by keeping oracle and baan same versions. My questions are:-

We want to clone 415 and 433, But want to use 433 only for production, we want to use 415 as contingency. In that case Is there any need for extra licensing from Oracle??
What is best way to migrate my oralce on to 433?? What are the issues I have to take care off?? Can't I dump my L0 backup from 415 to 433 and restart the system?? Any patch work required??
