migrate AIX415 - AIX433

Hi Friends,

Presently we are on AIX415,Oracle7.3 with BaanIVb2, We want to move AIX433 by keeping oracle and baan same. My questions are:-

1. We want to clone 415 and 433, But want use 433 only, we want use 415 as contingency. In that case Is there any need for extra licensing from Oracle??
2. What is best way to migrate my oralce on to 433?? What are the issues I have to take care off?? Can't I just dump tape on 433 and restart the system?? Any patch work required??
