Discoverer Viewer 4i displaying blank page

Hello All,
We have 9ias 1.0.2.2 installed and everything was working fine till yesterday when suddenly we had to reboot our server and after it came back, Discoverer viewer 4i stopped working.

On IE it displays a blank page on giving the URL. The jserv.log file displays the following error.

In case any of you have seen this before please let me know. Oracle support as yet has not been able to resolve this. I know the info supplied is not much but just in case any one recognizes this error, it would be great.
