Hi Luyda !
To be honest , i have no idea regarding the market situation etc.. i'm from Tel Aviv , Israel.
A local recruiting agency introduced me to a local start-up company, which is about to establish a support center in Amsterdam. So , i'm one of the candidates for that job. And i just need to know the costs and salries there before i can negotiate a contract.
Basically , i never thought of relocating overseas, but Amsterdam sounds too attractive. (I've been there a couple of times before).

BTW, thanks to all the list members who replied.

I'd like to ask another question. Hope you don't mind... How did you get a job in Switzerland/Germany/Holland? How is market and demand there? I know a year or two ago Germany was screaming for dba/programmers. Is it still the case or times changed?

Nicht nur in Zurich.

No, they aren't.
But if you don't know conventions in Switzerland you will be surprised. :-)
