RE: Oracle one-off Patch Install util

I've d/ld new versions of RDA and it is much better than it used to be. I got a clean run on Solaris the 1st try!

Now to beat them up over the invalid HTML that it creates. There can't be any <H3> tags in a <PRE> block! Of course every browser but Opera overlooks this...
