Clone DB

First of all,

Trying to clone a DB I am getting an

ORA-01503 CREATE CONTROLFILE failed
ORA-01159 file is not from same database as previous files
ORA-01110 data file 7: 'C:\ORACLE\ORADATA\VTAS\DATOS'
