duplexing the archive redo log directory

Anybody encountered any bugs relating to the

LOG_ARCHIVE_DUPLEX_DEST and
LOG_ARCHIVE_MIN_SUCCEED_DEST parameters

in 8.1.6 or 8.1.7?
