OEM's Change Management pack does just that. It also allows you to compare it with previous snapshots and implement them into production in a scheduled, controlled manner.

Does anybody out there have a script that allows me to compare two schemas in two different databases (i.e. development and production db)? This is 8.1.7 on Sun Solaris.
