SQLLDR73 from a Win 2000 Machine

I need to run SQLLDR73 from a Win 2000 server, loading data to a 7.3.4 Unix server. I can't load 7.3.4 in the Win 2000 server. What might I need to get the load to run on the Win 2000 machine?
