PLS-908

Can't see anything on metalink regarding this error over a database link. We have an 8.1.6 database trying to execute a package on a 7.3.2.3 database and it's giving the following error.

Any solution other than upgrade?

ORA-04052: error occurred when looking up remote object TEST1.TEST_PKG_at_SANDBOX
ORA-06541: PL/SQL: compilation error - compilation aborted ORA-06553: PLS-908: The stored format of TEST1.TEST_PKG_at_SANDBOX is not supported by this release
