I did a very crude test... is dbms_java valid in the database.

Sometimes the tech notes are not as clear as they should be.

Note:1017276.102 says to branch on "java is enabled." What is the definition of "java enabled" and how do you tell the value of the variable? Hmmm, no Java admin guide? Danke sehr.
