Urgent !! Partner version vs Production version

Hi all,

For Oracle 8.1.6.0.0 for SPARC
Is there any CD so call Partner CD distributed to customer, that only allow limited number of concurrent Process (in my case 160). And if there is how can I know installed DB is Partner version.
