That's incorrect.

The charge is per processor regardless of horsepower.

This is the way that Oracle previously did CPU licensing, and it was called 'Power Units'.

I had talked to an Oracle sales rep today. They were telling me that the price is based on the size of the processor. I am aware of per processor pricing but not per size of the processor. Anyone else hear of pricing based on the size of the processor from Uncle Larry's minions?
