I've been unsuccessful submitting an iTAR so far this morning. I'd like to hear if other list members have had success or failure opening a new iTAR today.

FWIW - It fails using both Netscape & IE browsers; but I get different symptoms from eachof them.

Am I sure? Of course I'm sure. I could be wrong, but I'm sure for now!
