What I mean is each log in - so each session that connects to Oracle.

Depends on the size of table space that its table use.......300mb on unix machines is not a big deal...

How much memory is allocated to each login to Oracle? Is it not 20-30mb? I have heard people mention of 300mb? Surely this would bring most servers down if it was true.
