Pro*C, Pro*Fortran, Pro*Cobol, Pro*Whatever used to be the very same program a long long time ago, it may or not still be true. Try to run pcc against a .pfo and see whether it generates a proper .for. It may work (no guarantee). But beware that you must be licensed anyway.
