Listers,

Has anyone encountered database issues, bugs, etc when using outlines to capture SQL statements and their plans?

Solaris 64 Bit 2.7 running 8.1.7.2.1 64 bit Sun E10K.

We are considering the use of outlines for capturing SQL statements and their plans for a particular database with numerous applications. Not really interested in using plan stability, just wanting to begin profiling SQL statements that are being issued.

I will be searching Metalink and have someone open a TAR as well. Just wanting to be careful before turning on a "newer" feature.

Regards,
