Stacked Canvas on Tabbed Canvas

I have used Designer Editor to put Stacked Canvas that lie on a Page of Tabbed canvas
and it works. While I could not do that in the Form Builder to use Stacked Canvas
on the Page of Tabbed canvas.
then by using Shows-Stacked Views, I see my tabbed and stacked canvas, but the
stacked canvas cannot be shown in front of or as a part of the tabbed canvas.
The stacked canvas is only shown in Content canvas when the form is run.

I also check it from the Program units such as CGLY$CANVASS_MANAGEMENT, CGLY$GET_RELATED_CANVAS, CGLY$DISPLAY_CANVAS and found that nothing different between form generated from Designer Editor and Form Builder.
I also check that the variable on the Program Units shows the same value on variable
current_canvas, base canvas, canvas_list.

My question is:
How to set that a stacked canvass is belong to a page of tabbed canvass?
