Oracle-L: Product_User

Hello List,
I am having a problem when I am connecting to the database using a normal user. ( Pl see below )
I have executed the pupbld.sql as SYSTEM user. But still getting the error, but I am able to connect to database and run some queries. Why I am seeing this message again and again , any idea ????
