I believe the scripts to create the various stored procedures come with the Enterprise Edition but Replication is not something that Oracle does on its own.

At best, the packages are automatically created when you create the database. There is a LOT of work you have to do on your own to set up replication.

I think you can state with confidence that you are not using replication.
