I did it and still NOT working, 


Question? Can I have one tnsnames.ora for BOTH oracle-home or not???

In tnsnames.ora set SERVICE_NAME=cms.hollywood, and in listener.ora
remove SID_DESC for that database as it's really not needed for 8i. 
Here's what my config looks like:
