Oracle had a problem with written to the file J:\ORANT\ORADATA\TDISPACH\DISDATA01_01.DBF this was happened because Oracle did not have proper permission in NT to write to the file. There are many reasons that could give this problem

  1. the file was in shear
  2. the acl was changed
  3. oracle was started as a another user
