Hi

A developer is getting a sporadic errors when trying to access ORacle
database via a Cold Fusion screen. The messages on the screen are
Oracle Error Code = 0 Timeout while obtaining an Oracle statement lock. I turned tracing on in his session and found this in the trace file:

STAT #1 id=1 cnt=60082 pid=0 pos=0 obj=1147 op='INDEX RANGE SCAN ' Looks like ORA-03113, but no mentinong of it in the alert.log
What should be my next step. any ideas?
