OT: Oracle HRMS Applications -> Cannot view concurrent request ou

Hi Gurus,

We encountered the error "FS-CANT OPEN TMPFILE" when we tried to view the concurrent request report. Yesterday, we can view any report but not today. The only thing that's different is that we run the "purge obselete workflow runtime data" concurrent program this morning but it should not affect the view of report, right ? Please help. Thanks.
