The "Exactly 80 hours every 2 weeks" is very accurate if you go by the
hours paid....
"Approx Min Hourly Salary: Salaried * " Salaried = fixed pay for 1176
hours in a week, but true salaried means you get paid if you work 1 or
1176 hours.
