Thanks for your help, I have checked that the Automatic Startup Type as Dave's said is set on the control panel service's.

Also as Marin and Igor said to check the registry and this value are set as TRUE for ora_sid_autostart.

If I run C>sqlplus internal/
i got thiw error message "Connected to an idle instance"

I am using Win2K SP 1,
if I install this on WinNT ...I got no problem.

Any suggestion....
