If you are looking for a head hunter, Jim Wilson with Triad Group in Seattle is the quintessential professional. Always honest even if you do not always like what he has to say. About a year ago I talked to him, his advice 'sit tight'. It makes even more sense now then it did at the time. Not too many recruiters will tell you to not change jobs. For me, that's a big thumbs up.
