Hi,

We are experiencing very high value of Soft Parse and Hard Parse and we try to
put CURSOR_SHARING=FORCE but that degrade the performance of queries. We are having 9.0.1.2.1 on Win 2k.
What can be the other options along with Cursor_sharing to redunce soft and hard parse.
