Nope... But, you need Enterprise in order to buy the partitioning option... i.e. You can't buy the partitioning option for standard edition... The partitioning option is an extra cost item (list price is an extra $10,000 a CPU)... Just because it's on the Enterprise Edition CD doesn't mean that's it's legal for you to use it...
