I got this last week. A VERY interesting footnote, which was not with the article but was in the editor's notes at the beginning of the magazine, in Forward Thinking was this;

"And in the course of our review of SQL databases, Microsoft and Oracle pointed to clauses in their licensing agreements that restrict the publishing of test results without their permission. They backed down when we patiently explained to them that we intended to proceed with our testing."
