This is what I use. Hope it helps.

spool table_space_usage.log                 
set pagesize 0                              
set linesize 80                           
select   substr (segment_name,1,20)       
  ,        bytes / 1024 kbytes             
  ,        extents                         
  ,        blocks                          
  from     sys.dba_segments              
  where  owner = 'LAWSON'                
   and segment_name like 'AR%'              
   and segment_type = 'TABLE'                        
  order by  segment_name                             
/                                                    
spool off;
