Error ora-01503, 00200, 00202 in 9i installation

Hi,

In trying to install oracle 9i on a windows 2000 Server with General Purpose database option it gives the errors
ORA-01503, ORA-00200 and then ORA-00202 while creating and configuring database.

After checking the disc space about 1.7 GB increased to 3.2, I tried the database
configuration wizard again. But the problem still persists. Is there anything else to check?
