You can also purchase the Oracle book "Oracle Applications Performance Tuning Handbook" by Andy Tremayne ISBN: 0-07-212549-7 ($59.99 US). I've found a few interesting things in it; it covers tuning of the database and the tiers, but not install and setup. Also check out Apps Net for some white papers he's written for the OAUG conferences (and Apps World?). The other Oracle Financials book (no idea of the title or ISBN #) I found very high level and not useful.
