Importing problem

We are having 2 NT servers, one with Oracle 8.04 and the other with Oracle 8.1.6. We need to export the data from Oracle 8.1.6.3 and import into Oracle 8.0.4.3.1 but it said not a valid export file, header failed verification.

Could someone help to tell me how could I do that. Thanks very much.
