Ok...it's true. Take the Oracle Technical seminars and you too may get to meet Scott, Live and In Person. Unfortunately, Tiger is waiting for Scott at the Rainbow Bridge, but Scott is still there (at least he was last year...you know how Oracle's been lately).

I was once told with certainty from an Oracle instructor that Scott was an early developer, and Tiger was his cat. But without actually meeting Scott I take this with a grain of salt. I expect there are many urban legends surrounding this.
