Oid 3.0.1 is bundled with Oracle9i Enterprise Edition on the latest cd pack.

OID 3.0.1 part of 9.0.1 CD PACK is under special licensing for a 2 USER license for strict use with 9i single signon solution only as indicated in the following note in the "RELEASE NOTES" I am almost 100% certain that this is also true for V8.1.6 & V8.1.7
