Yes,
There is an article on moving to CBO for 11i by Ahmed Alomari where there is a discussion on the mentioned parameters.
Also 3-4 of these undocumented parameters are infact documented in the oracle documentation (which metalink has promptly dissociated itself with) !!
Nevertheless if some of the gurus can explain what is that they try to
observe
while incorporating any of the undocumented parameters, it'll be quite
enlightening
to a lot of us.
