How do you deactivate a procedure?

Hello All

It is not efficient.
We are talking about sending one insert statement against: call procedure, activate the procedure in the database, parse and pass the parameters, do the same insert, set return code, deactivate the procedure etc.

The idea behind this method is to isolate various functions to black boxes, so you can change each of them without changing the program that use them. In short 'MAINTENANCE' (which is 70-80% of our daily life).
