Bunyamin,

DON'T DO IT. Having 150+ roles seems to me totally insane (in fact, I would put the threshold for sanity much lower). The problem you may have is with role grantors, to which the granted role is always assigned. In that case, you just have to log as any DBA and revoke the roles from grantors ...
