That brings rise to the question "Why aren't you a member of MetaStink?"

Have you purchased Oracle Support? If so, you likely have access to MetaLink. If not, you need to.

You'll never be able to successfully implement an Oracle based application on 9i without support. You at least need to have access to patches.
