Seema,
 You did not say how many rows you wanted to keep. If the number is small then I would create a table as select.. nologging. and populate it with the rows you want to keep. Then truncate the original table and repopulate it with the rows you saved in the secondary table. This way the HWM gets reset and and frees up the space not used anymore.
