Revert from 8.1.6 to 8.0.5

Looks like we have to revert an 8.1.6 database that was upgraded over the weekend back to 8.0.5, but we need to export/import so we don't lose data from the last 2 days. Anything I need to know? The plan is to export using the 8.0.5 export utility before importing back into 8.0.5. Does this make sense?
