Without the ability to try this, would "SYSDATE + 18" (or is it "19"?) work in place of the "to_date"???

Wondering aloud...

I am getting the following error for this line of code in my control file

Any ideas of how I can get around this? When I try a conventional path load I get a FK constraint error (not on this field).

creation_date "to_date('01/01/2002','dd/mm/yyyy')",

SQL*Loader-417: SQL string (on column CREATION_DATE) not allowed in direct path.
