AW: TNS-12537 TNS:connection closed

Hi Stefan (ich schreib mal deutsch),
ein Netzproblem ist es nicht, da ich mich auch lokal vom Server nicht mir SQL-Plus connecten kann.
Der tnsping klappt normal. Die Services laufen auch normal.

Gestern lief auch alles noch, bis der Server wegen eines Backup-Fails (kein Oracle), neu gebootet werden musste.
Seit dem tritt der Fehler auf.

Hi Volker,

is this possibly a network problem ? I only get any kind of "End of File" related error messages when there is a problem with the underlying communication layer.
Did you try a tnsping from the client ?
Did you try to connect to the DB on the server via TCP/IP and bequeath ?
